Buying Online with Ward & Corrigan

Postage & Packing

All deliveries cost a flat fee of £5.99 regardless of the size of your order and that fee is added at checkout which is handled by Paypal.

Delivery

All puchases made through the Ward & Corrigan website are sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery. On delivery, the parcel will need to be signed for. Delivery is guaranteed within 14 days of your order although on almost all cases this will be far far quicker. If the specific item is in stock, you can expect delivery to happen in a matter of days.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you will need to contact us on 01304 374418 and we will let you know where to send the faulty item to. In these cases you are entitled to a replacement item or a Ward & Corrigan credit note. We regret that we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred by either party.
